I have a folder full of awards, certificates and letters of recommendation from many jobs and volunteer agencies and
other organizations. But, I don't have a scanner...! I'm including a few here that I managed to get scanned...
Below is an award from Konyang University for excellence in teaching. I and three professors
were chosen from over two hundred faculty members for this award.
Below is a letter of recommendation from Honam Jeil Girls High School. The reference to "Korea Times" mentions
that I brought some high school students with me to do interviews with foreign Ambassadors, for stories published in the Korea
Times newspaper. Several of those students went on to careers in journalism.
Below is one of the series of articles I wrote for Korea Times newspaper accompanied by my high school students. They
researched the countries the ambassadors were from, and asked the questions. I set up the interviews, typed, edited,
took photos, and submitted the articles to the newspaper.
